RIDGEROLLER CUSTOMS warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for (for life ) (excluding paint due to extremely rugged terrain, and or user error, just to many variables, just take care of your cart and it will be fine ) … The warranty coverage shall not apply in situations where the BACKPACK AND OR CART FRAME has been used in an unintended manner nor will it cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear including padding. Should any part of this product be defective, it will be repaired or replaced. To obtain the benefits of this warranty, you must be the original owner and REGISTER YOUR PURCHASE within the first 90 days after purchase of the bag.. Naturally, our warranty doesn’t cover consequential/accidental damages, damages from unintended use, cleaning, modification, or cosmetic wear. Warranty does not transfer to second owner but we will definitely help in any way we can.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to RidgeRoller.
If your RR is eligible for warranty replacement, you have 7 days to ship the bag back to us. If you do not provide a tracking number by the 7th day, the warranty will no longer be valid.
Repairs that are not the result of manufacturer defects are also offered for a reasonable “fix it” price. Regardless of the cause of your issue,

RETURN POLICY
If you purchase your “Ridge” “Roller” disc golf backpack or cart on RidgeRoller.com and decide you don’t want it, return it in new, out-of-box condition with the original packaging, including all manuals, parts and tags within 15 days of the original purchase for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee.
